BX Oven Frequently Asked Questions:
What is the difference between an installation and a startup?
Show/Hide Menu
An installation includes placing the oven(s) onto the stand and connecting the stacking kit tube and mounting brackets, where applicable. The startup is only done after the ovens are installed. This includes confirming the utilities are properly connected and a thorough inspection ensuring the ovens are functioning properly and ready for production.
How do I schedule an installation or startup?
Show/Hide Menu
